Did you have a great start to the New Year? We hope so! And we also hope 2013 will be a prosperous, successful and happy year for you all! Have you already made some New Year’s resolutions and thought about some of the things you would definitely like to do in 2013? How about perfecting your German language skills? Of course, this year we are once again at your service:

German for Adults In our institutes in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich, in addition to our year-round Standard, Intensive and Premium Courses, we are also offering tailor-made German courses for adults such as our University Summer Courses, courses with internships or our Berlin Summer Academy. As of 2013, we are also offering a Guest Student Program at the university. Those interested in studying at a German university can gain a first-hand impression of German student life.

German for Juniors There is also plenty to note in our youth programs! We are now offering German courses for juniors year-round at our course location in Augsburg. And our new summer residence for juniors in the Austrian capital city is also worth taking a closer look – here you can live and learn in one place – in the middle of Vienna! And those who prefer host family accommodations now have a truly “royal” choice in our Potsdam course location.

A Globetrotter
at the Berlin Institute

In 2009, Adam, a graphic designer working in Boston, decided to hang it up, put his entire savings in his pocket and take off to see the world. His travels took him to the Middle East, Northern Africa, India and even as far as Southeast Asia. The trip, which has changed Adam’s life tremendously, is not even close to being over. Since 2011, he has been living in Europe’s most hipster metropolis, Berlin, where, in December, 2012, he studied German for four weeks at the did deutsch-institut. He tells of his experiences traveling throughout the world and in Berlin in his blogs Travels of Adam and My Berlin Story.

Why Munich?

Antoine from France: “It was a wonderful time and a good experience! Munich is a very attractive and interesting city with lots of opportunities. The did employees were very friendly and helpful, and the program was structured in such a coherent fashion that I was really able to improve my German. Munich has all the advantages of a large city: many places to go out, a good infrastructure, beautiful parks and nice plazas and all this without the usual disadvantages of a large city. I recommend did deutsch-institut to anyone who would like to improve their German language skills!” Read more
